The Mid-Autumn Festival and China’s National Day are approaching. As an e-liquid manufacturer serving brands and distributors worldwide, we are publishing our holiday schedule in advance so you can plan production, sampling and shipments with as little disruption as possible.
If you have purchasing, sampling, production or delivery plans in the coming weeks, we recommend confirming arrangements with your account manager early.
Holiday schedule

Production and dispatch are suspended during these periods. Normal operations continue on 28–30 September (Mon – Wed).
Planning your orders
Before the holidays. If you need goods shipped before the break, please speak with your account manager well ahead of the Mid-Autumn holiday so we can coordinate against actual production and logistics capacity.
After the holidays. For production or dispatch scheduled after the break, we recommend submitting requirements by 30 September. Once we resume, orders are scheduled according to confirmation time and live production capacity, and we will arrange manufacturing and delivery as quickly as possible.
Urgent or special requests. For urgent orders, sample requests or specific delivery deadlines, please contact your account manager in advance. We will do our best to coordinate based on real production and logistics conditions.
